Subaru BRZ
I first got my car in December of 2019. shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic. It took one drive before I fell in love with its crisp six-speed manual transmission, small but rev-happy boxer engine, and razor-precise handling. During quarantine, when I couldn't see my friends, I would take long drives with my car: up winding mountain roads, by the Half Moon Bay coastline, and to breathtaking views of the city. I started doing autocross events to push the capabilities of my car. I worked full-time at a grocery store, saving up my all my meager minimum wage salary to buy car parts. After finally accumulating $3000 to buy my wheels, tires and suspension, I began the journey of modifying my car. Click to scroll through my journey!
