I have many passions, and they are ever-evolving, but one thing is for certain, when I am interested in something, I devote myself to it and learn everything about it. While my meticulous attention to detail may sometimes label me as a perfectionist, I genuinely enjoy engaging in conversations on a wide range of topics with anyone I meet.

Since childhood, I have nurtured a deep curiosity for the world around me. As a kid, I kept a fat red Webster's Dictionary by my bed, and I would read it every night. I watch Warriors basketball religiously. In my teenage years, I found solace and inspiration in punk albums, listening to them from start to finish while delving into the profound lyrics.

Serendipitously, I found myself enrolled in AP Statistics during high school, and to my surprise, I developed a genuine fondness for the subject, even though I've always been an English and Literature person. I decided to take a leap of faith and majored in Statistics at UC Santa Barbara. It has proven to be a challenge, but those Gamma Distributions and Maximum Likelihood Estimators will be in the archive of my mind forever, just like every obscure word from the dictionary.
